PAVILION RENTALS:

• Pavilion is an outside covered area.
• Reservations suggested.
• $30 per spot.
• Tables available for rent at $3 each.
• Space size is approximately 10 x 10.
• Payment due one week In advance.

GARAGE RENTALS (Storage/Retail space):

• Rented on a month to month basis.  
• 10 x 15 - $100 per month year round.
• 10 x 15 with overhang - April thru October $150 per month - November thru March $100 per mo.
• 10' x 30' - May thru October $275 per month - November thru April $150 per month.
• 20' x 40' - $350 per month year round.
• 7 day a week access.
• Payment due first of the month.
• Includes Sunday Market - Roll up and sell!
