General FAQ's

What’s the Difference Between the Regular Flea Market, Great American Garage Sale, and Super Sunday?

The regular Flea Market runs every weekend throughout the season and features a wide variety of vendors selling antiques, collectibles, vintage goods, new merchandise, and more.

The Great American Garage Sale and Super Sunday are special, heavily promoted events that draw some of our largest crowds of the year. These days feature a mix of regular flea market vendors along with many local sellers offering garage sale–style items, making them some of the busiest and most active shopping days of the season.

Are Pets Allowed?

No pets, including dogs, are permitted at the Flea Market. We love animals, but due to the large number of visitors and heavy foot traffic, we ask that all pets be left at home for everyone’s safety and comfort.

Service dogs are permitted, provided they are properly vested and clearly identified as service animals.

Rain or shine?

Yes — the Flea Market operates rain or shine. However, attendance is typically higher on days with favorable weather, so more shoppers are likely to come out when conditions are clear and comfortable.

What is the Antique World & Flea Market like?

Antique World & Flea Market is a large, open-air and indoor shopping destination with something new to discover every visit. There are five indoor antique shops filled with unique finds, plus a wide variety of outdoor vendors who set up throughout the grounds each weekend. Shoppers can browse everything from antiques and collectibles to vintage items, home décor, tools, and garage sale treasures, all in one place.

What time should I arrive for the best selection?

For the best selection, we recommend arriving early in the morning. Many vendors are fully set up by dawn, and the earliest shoppers typically have the first pick of the widest variety of items. The selection can change throughout the day as new items are sold, so earlier arrival generally offers the best chance to find unique and in-demand treasures.

Do vendors pack up early or stay all day?

Many vendors do stay throughout the day, but some may choose to pack up earlier depending on how the day is going. We leave this decision up to each individual vendor, so we cannot guarantee how many will be present at any given time. The Flea Market is open until 4:00 PM, but selection may change as vendors come and go during the day.

Is parking free?

Parking is free on most days at Antique World & Flea Market. On Sundays, there is a $2 parking fee per vehicle. There is plenty of on-site parking available throughout the grounds.

Do vendors accept credit cards or is it cash only?

Each vendor is independent, so payment methods vary. Some vendors accept credit cards or digital payments, while others are cash only. For convenience, there are several ATMs located on the property if needed.

Are there food options available?

Yes, there are 2 restaurants on the grounds – one located at the Expo Center and one located inside the flea market building.

Are restrooms available?

Yes, there are restrooms located in each main building as well as portable restrooms throughout.

Is it stroller/wheelchair accessible?

Yes, Antique World & Flea Market is stroller and wheelchair accessible. The grounds are open and generally easy to navigate, though surfaces may be uneven in some outdoor areas depending on weather conditions.

What should I bring when I visit?

We recommend bringing cash, as some vendors are cash-only and not all accept cards. Comfortable walking shoes are also a good idea, since there is a large amount of ground to cover both indoors and outdoors. Many shoppers bring reusable bags or wagons to help carry larger finds and make shopping easier throughout the day. It’s also best to arrive early for the widest selection.

FAQ's for Vendors

What Can I Sell?

Antique World welcomes a wide variety of merchandise, including antiques, collectibles, vintage items, tools, household goods, crafts, décor, toys, clothing, jewelry, furniture, and more.

All items must be legal to sell and appropriate for a family-friendly environment. The sale of prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, or offensive items is not permitted. Antique World reserves the right to refuse the sale of any merchandise at its discretion.

What Items are NOT allowed?

For the safety of our customers and vendors, certain items are not permitted to be sold at the Flea Market. This includes, but is not limited to, food, candy, beverages, or any other items intended for human consumption, firearms, livestock or domestic animals, and any illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, or offensive goods. Antique World reserves the right to refuse the sale of any item at its discretion.

Do I Need to Bring My Own Canopy?

Canopies are optional. Vendors are welcome to bring their own as long as they fit entirely within their assigned space. All canopies must be properly secured and weighted down at all times to ensure safety in all weather conditions.

Can I Park Behind My Space?

Vendors are welcome to keep their vehicle within their assigned 20′ x 20′ vendor space, provided everything fits safely within the space boundaries. If your vehicle does not fit within your setup area, it must be moved to the designated vendor parking area after unloading.

What time can vendors set up?

Vendors may set up at any time, including the evening before. However, please note that Antique World does not provide overnight security or monitoring of vendor spaces or belongings. Any items left on-site are left at the vendor’s own risk.

What time can vendors leave?

Vendors are welcome to begin packing up at any time during the day. However, due to heavy customer traffic—especially between approximately 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM—vehicle access within the market area may be limited during those hours. For safety and customer flow, we ask that vendors use caution when moving vehicles and wait for lighter traffic when possible.

Do you provide tables or chairs?

We do not provide chairs, and table availability is very limited. A small number of used tables may be available to rent for $3 each, but they are first come, first served and vary in condition. We strongly recommend that vendors bring their own tables and seating whenever possible.

How do I pay for my space/table?

Payment is collected on-site during the morning. A staff member will come around to each vendor space to collect any applicable fees, including vendor space fees and table rentals. Please note that payment is cash only, so be sure to have cash ready when staff arrive to your area.

Is there a limit to how many spaces I can take?

There is no limit to the number of spaces a vendor may use. Spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis, and vendors are simply charged per space taken.

Are food vendors allowed?

No, food vendors are not permitted at the Flea Market, as Antique World already has food options available on-site.

Do I need insurance or permits?

In general, vendors do not need insurance to participate in the Flea Market. However, vendors are responsible for ensuring they comply with all applicable local and state regulations, including any required New York State Sales Tax Certificate of Authority if applicable to their selling activity.

If I Set Up but Change My Mind, Will I Still Be Charged?

Yes. Vendors are charged once they begin setting up in a vendor space, regardless of how long they stay or whether any items are sold during the day. This also applies to weather-related situations — if you set up and later choose or need to leave early due to rain or other conditions, the vendor space fee will still apply.
