MONTHLY RENTAL OPTIONS
Antique World offers several flexible monthly rental options for vendors, collectors, individuals and small businesses.
Storage Unit Rentals
We offer month-to-month storage unit rentals that can be used for storage purposes only, as well as select units that allow vendors to open their space and sell directly to customers. Vendors selling from storage units are required to have a valid New York State Sales Tax Certificate of Authority.
Indoor Antique Shop Spaces
We offer monthly vendor spaces in our indoor antique co-op shops. Vendors simply price and display their items, while our staff handles the day-to-day sales process for customers. Because all sales are processed through Antique World, vendors renting indoor co-op spaces are not required to have their own sales tax number.
